Bill Burke Sr.

Founder and President

Bill is founder and President of Burke Associates IT Consulting, LLC. With over 20 years experience in the IT consulting field, he offers a wealth of knowledge to Burke Associates clients. Bill uses his business experience to optimize each customer’s technical needs.

Bill began his career at Wentworth Institute where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. He has built a valuable set of technical skills including an expert level of understanding in the Linux environment. This allows Burke Associates to offer open-source software as a solution to its clients.

Bill now focuses much of his time researching and developing new technical strategies to keep Burke Associates a step ahead in the consulting industry.

Bill Jr.joined Burke Associates on January 1^st, 2008 as a senior systems engineer. After 5 years of consulting for larger firms he decided he was seasoned enough to join the family business. In addition handling a heavy technical role in the company, Bill also is in charge of sales and marketing.

Bill earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Science at Framingham State where he was also a three year captain of the hockey team.

Bill brings a unique set of skills to Burke Associates with in depth knowledge of Cisco products including security, VoIP, routing and switching. He also handles Burke Associates select partnership with Cisco.
